Our Team

At Archer & Associates, we promote healthy organizations by connecting talented people with exceptional companies.

Our core business is people. The people on our team are experienced talent scouts who understand that recruiting is about relationships first, not online job boards and mass emails. That old saying, "It’s not what you know, but who you know," definitely applies here. Actually, our team members have extensive professional backgrounds, so what they know is pretty impressive, but it's our extensive network that enables us to hit the mark and deliver top results.

We communicate regularly with hundreds of outstanding passive candidates and build partnerships with many local executives and HR professionals. And our personal investment in building these relationships really pays off-both for our client companies and for the candidates whom we place. Ninety percent of our business consists of referrals from satisfied clients. Plus, our network continues to grow and expand as top candidates refer their professional colleagues to us, confident that their friends will be treated as people first.

Established in 2000, our company was built for the new millennium and a new way of doing business. Our approach as a strategic business partner means we build our client’s talent pool, as well as the infrastructure they need to win the talent war. This allows our clients to focus on what they do best-building technology and marketing it effectively.

In 2008 Ann-Marie Archer was named one of the winners of the business growth program, Make Mine a Million $ Business™. This exciting event featured entrepreneurs from Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana and Oregon who competed for business development packages that included money, marketing, mentoring and technology assistance to help their businesses grow into million-dollar enterprises. Please read our press release for more information on this exciting award.
