PayScale – Launched in 2002 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, PayScale developed the largest online database of salary data. Effective and easy to use for comparing national and global averages, Archer worked onsite with their HR team to recruit and integrate over 20 roles in engineering, sales, marketing and IT departments.
SchemaLogic – SchemaLogic, the leader in metadata management, has developed an innovative and interactive approach to information find ability. Archer & Associates, onsite for 9 months, hired multiple people with diverse skill sets and implementing an Applicant Tracking System as part of their recruiting process.
LexisNexis Applied Discovery – Applied Discovery was designed in 1998 by a team of legal and technology experts, to build an electronic discovery platform designed to handle the most complex cases in the industry while catering to the unique processes of each client. Avvo Corporation – Avvo is a Seattle-based company and an online tool that categorizes and rates attorneys with a user-friendly website. Archer & Associates was hired by Avvo to research and recruit key marketing executives.
BuzzBee Company – BuzzBee, a Pioneer Square-based hip marketing agency prides itself on their creative culture made up of professional consultants and relationship managers. Archer & Associates was retained to hire a growth-critical Business Development Manager who could take sales to the highest level.
Impinj – Impinj, Inc. is the world’s leading innovator in UHF Gen 2 RFID solutions. Headquartered in Seattle, Impinj’s technical expertise and industry partnerships help them to deliver a wide range of products and solutions, from high-performance tag chips to software and antennas.
NPower Seattle – This Seattle-based non-profit organization provides assistance to other Washington State non-profits in planning for, implementing and effectively employing technology tools. Archer worked with NPower on three critical positions including a Director of Services.
Carrix – Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Carrix is the world’s largest privately held marine and rail terminal operator in the ancillary business. By supporting over 40 marine terminals, 80 shipping lines and 3,000 users. Archer worked directly with the Home Office CFO to hire the majority of their accounting and finance team.
Mosier McCann – Located in Bellevue, Washington, Mosier McCann’s highly skilled project and program management professionals handle tactical planning all the way through to executing the details. Archer & Associates was retained to audit existing recruiting processes and implement an Applicant Tracking System. With an onsite Archer & Associates recruiter present and managing all hiring aspects, Mosier McCann has been able to focus on mission-critical initiatives for the future.
PopCap – Started by three visionaries, PopCap Games is an online game arcade that has won over 100 awards for their “easy to learn, tough to master… and utterly addictive” games, such as the world played famous “Bejeweled”. Archer was retained to hire a hard-to-find Senior Business Analyst who could drive strategy, manage projects, and bring leadership to a growing IT team.
Coinstar – Located in Bellevue, Coinstar is a leader in changing coins into cash, cards and eCertificates since 1992. Today, there are currently over 19,000 Coinstar machine locations giving consumers a simple, convenient, and trustworthy way to cash in their coins and even donate to charities. Archer led a critical retained search for their Director of Enterprise Architecture and successfully placed the right person into the role to assume leadership of a high-growth IT team.
Marchex – With locations in Seattle and New York, Marchex is a call advertising and small business marketing company and is the exclusive provider of search marketing products to the largest resellers of marketing services to small businesses in North America. Archer provided candidate sourcing support to the internal recruiting team to feed their pipeline and revitalize hiring efforts for 2011.
Intersource – A boutique technology consultancy located in Bellevue, Intersource prides itself on accelerating projects with their systems and insight into high tech tasks. Archer worked with leadership to target a recruiting strategy for 2011 in order to grow the consultant base critical to meeting the needs of their clients. By feeding a candidate pipeline, facilitating recruiting process and mapping recruiting systems to meet their needs, Archer is helping take Intersource into new markets.
DocuSign – DocuSign provides an on demand electronic signature and contract execution solution. Archer & Associates was retained to recruit key corporate positions such as PR Manager, Channel Sales, Product Manager and Senior Recruiter.
DS-IQ – DS-IQ enables retailers, brands, and content programming groups to understand and improve the effectiveness and relevance of in-store digital media. Archer & Associates recruited multiple key technical leadership roles for them.
My Parents Union – Archer & Associates collaborated with the non-profit organization, My Parents Union, founded by Scott Oki, to find a visionary Chief Technology Officer to bring their goal of developing and bringing their web and mobile presence to life. This was an exceptionally unique opportunity to advocate and make a change in our educational system by informing, inspiring and empowering parents to build a community to educate and support other parents.
