It was this simple equation that inspired Ann-Marie Archer to create Archer & Associates. 25 years in corporate America, observing and experiencing the tedious and unpredictable hiring process, Ann-Marie chose to do something different and unique: make an authentic and dramatic impact in the business world by creating a proven and results based recruiting process.

Her philosophy was simple. Recruit, hire and coach companies from start to finish, inside and out in a fast, practical process that would discover her clients’ needs. And she’s done exactly that for 25 years for some of the Pacific Northwest’s most coveted companies, from the brilliant technology geniuses to the most creative marketing gurus.

After graduating from Western Washington University, Ann-Marie served as business manager at the widely respected BEST Consulting, where she oversaw the hiring and management of more than 400 individuals. Her insight continued to grow when she became Director and Branch Manager for Inteliant, where she managed a $75 million project consulting business unit. Before launching Archer & Associates, Ann-Marie Archer served as the on-site Director of Consulting Services at Microsoft through the Ascentium Corporation where she developed and implemented a personalized recruiting operations process.
