Ann-Marie is the Founder and CEO of Archer & Associates and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. For more than 30 years, Ann-Marie has been immersed in observing and solving gaps in effective corporate leadership, human capital resources, succession needs, executive compensation, and governance.

In addition to being a seasoned coaching practitioner, Ann-Marie is a trusted advisor to a wide variety of technology, government, and manufacturing companies. Her approach is a unique and proven combination of highly engaged dialogue and actionable directives. Clients learn to stretch beyond their current comfort zones to accomplish desired professional growth, business bottom-line impact, and systemic corporate transformation.

Of note is Ann-Marie's expertise with women in leadership. She coaches them across a full spectrum of professional growth – from important skills development to subtle communication nuances – to succeed with difficult issues more effectively. These issues often include workplace inclusion, diversity management, professional authenticity, effective use of executive "power," and delivering values-based leadership in complex, dynamic, or hostile business environments.

Ann-Marie is a certified Master Tilt Practitioner and Master Tilt Team Facilitator as well as Diamond Leadership certified in “Power Intelligence.” She is a faculty member at the Google School for Leaders and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Cathy is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and specializes in Conflict Transformation, Organizational Change, Executive, Leadership, Team & Systems Coaching. For over 30 years, Cathy has coached teams and individuals ranging from CEOs of multinational corporations to new managers in both profit and not-for-profit organizations across the globe. 

Cathy strives to empower people and organizations to realize their unlimited potential. Her approach centers around helping people learn to “hunt” from within themselves and the systems that they are part of to find the nuggets of gold that elicit new wisdom and help unfold the challenges that show up into opportunities for growth and transformation. Cathy is a Certified Professional Facilitator,  and an Outward Bound International experiential educator, having designed and led small and large group offsites for more than thirty years around the globe. She is a certified instructor in the TMS Team Management Profile. She brings a wealth of experience in the areas of diversity and inclusion, systems thinking, creativity and navigating difficult conflict. Cathy specializes in Power Intelligence® and is certified to administer the Diamond Power Index® and to train leaders on the impact of their power use on organizational culture. 

Jan is an Executive and Team Coach who collaborates with individuals, partnerships, and teams across the globe. For over 30 years, she has helped leaders cultivate the self-awareness and skills necessary to perform at their best and bring out the best in the people and companies they lead. This includes working with C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, creative professionals, executive partnerships and teams, and a wide range of high-performing individuals in media, government, finance, and tech.

Jan holds a Ph.D. in psychology and is a co-founder of the Process Work Institute, an educational institute devoted to research and training in Process-oriented Psychology. She has served as the Academic Dean of its Master of Arts in Process Work (MAPW) degree program. Jan employs the Hogan Assessment Suite® to rapidly assess her clients’ values, strengths and derailers. She specializes in Power Intelligence® and is certified to administer the Diamond Power Index® and to train leaders on the impact of their power use on organizational culture.

Stephen is a trained psychologist and professional facilitator who consults and presents seminars, lectures, and workshops throughout the world on diversity issues, team building, change management, executive development, and organizational conflict.

Stephen’s client work includes country strategic planning, change management, and executive team facilitation for the United Nations; executive consulting and team facilitation for educational non-profits such as Esalen Institute and Oregon Health Science University; and team facilitation and consultations for medium to large corporations such as Citibank, Investec Bank, Woolworths, Old Mutual Insurance and Providence Health Care. Stephen’s work is informed by his training as a psychologist, Process Work, and Organizational Theory.

As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Sue draws on the firsthand experience acquired during her 30+ years as a business leader. While a partner in PwC, she mentored and coached hundreds of professional staff and colleagues. As the lead partner of the Pacific Northwest Middle Market practice, she led a team of tax professionals and staff, managing growth, people development, technical quality, and training for 34 years.

With a front-row seat in board rooms, executive offices, and team meetings, Sue gained extensive knowledge and insight into the qualities shared by effective leaders. She knows how critical individual and team development is to grow a business, the importance of creating an inclusive work environment, and the challenges faced in developing a culture of trust and caring. Sue is certified with the Seattle Coach organization, and she is Integrative9 Enneagram Certified.

Timothy Thomas is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. He provides individual coaching, group coaching, facilitation, and training for professionals and organizations in Seattle, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley. Tim specializes in coaching technology leaders for connection and impact, helping them move powerfully past hindrances and positively shift relationships at work, at home, and in the world.

Tim is trained and certified in Conscious Business Coaching, Cultivating Excellence, Tilt365, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and legally binding Mediation. Timothy also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming with NLP co-founder Richard Bandler, using his framework to help clients model their communication with others.

Cheri is the Business Manager at Archer & Associates. Since 2006, she has provided operational expertise including financial oversight, business management savvy, and executive support services.
